Dice 3D – Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 4, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dice 3D (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

By paying to support Dice 3D and unlocking the App, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use all unlocked features of Dice 3D for personal use only.

You may:

• Install and use Dice 3D on up to 6 devices you own or control.

You may not:

• Share, resell, or publish any license keys or access credentials.

• Copy, modify, or distribute Dice 3D.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code.

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these terms.

3. Ownership

Dice 3D and all related intellectual property are the sole property of the developer. You are granted a license to use the App, not ownership of the App itself.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments for Dice 3D are final unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. If you experience technical issues, contact us at henry@dice3d.app

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dice 3D is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or device functionality, arising from the use or inability to use Dice 3D.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Dice 3D if you breach these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Dice 3D after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
